Brave the cold with this Vitamin-C packed Winter Fruit Green Smoothie.
- ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Green Grapes
- 3 whole Clementine Oranges
- 2 cups Packed Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds (optional)
Place yogurt, grapes, oranges and spinach in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir or blend in chia seeds based on your preference.
Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes, preferably overnight.
The chia seeds with thicken the smoothie by absorbing some of the liquid. The longer the smoothie sits, the thicker it will become.
