This acai bowl recipe is a classic. A mixed berry, acai, and coconut milk base is topped with fresh tropical fruit and crunchy granola!
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ¾ cups Frozen Blueberries
- ¾ cups Frozen Strawberries
- 2 teaspoons Acai Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk, Or Less As Needed
- Your Favorite Smoothie Bowl Toppings
Add frozen fruit and acai powder to blender. Add half of the coconut milk to the blender and blend until well-combined. If smoothie is still too thick or blender is having trouble blending, add remaining coconut milk and blend until desired thickness.
Transfer smoothie to a bowl. Add your favorite toppings. Take a picture of your beautiful smoothie bowl and post it on all of your social media accounts. Enjoy!
