The Daisy Buchanan Cocktail features fresh flavors such as cucumber and lime.
- 3 slices Cucumber
- 1 pinch Salt
- ¾ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup (store Bought Or Homemade)
- 2 ounces, fluid Beefeater Gin
- ¾ ounces, fluid Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 drops Rose Water
- Optional For Garnish: Mint Leaf And Additional Rose Water
Note: Chill your preferred glass ahead of time.
Muddle cucumber slices and a pinch of salt in the bottom of your cocktail shaker using the end of a wooden spoon or a muddler. Add remaining ingredients (except garnishes). Let the mixture sit for 30 seconds (time allowing). Put the lid on and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 1 floating mint leaf and 1 drop rose water on top of leaf if desired. Sip like the fabulous young thing you are.
