A thick, creamy, no bake oatmeal smoothie made with strawberries, chia seeds and strawberry kefir.
- ⅓ cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- ½ cups Strawbery Kefir
- ½ cups Non-fat Milk Or Milk Of Your Choice
- 1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
The night before, in a bowl add rolled oats, chia seeds and strawberry kefir. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add the rolled oats mixture to a blender. Add milk and frozen strawberries and process until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy! Top with peanut butter, nuts or whatever you desire.
