A healthy take on the Indian classic, the Mango Lassi. Made with spinach!
- 2 whole Mangoes (ripe, Large, Peeled With Seed Removed)
- 1 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 7 cubes Ice
- 1 pinch Cardamom (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey Or Agave (optional)
Put all ingredients into a blender in the order listed above. Then puree until spinach is completely liquified. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
