Spiked Frozen Coffee Cooler

A simple blended coffee recipe spiked with caramel Irish cream and hazelnut liqueur for the perfect summertime treat.

  • 3 cups Ice Cubes
  • 2 cups Strongly Brewed Coffee, Chilled
  • ⅓ cups Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Bailey’s Caramel Irish Cream
  • ⅓ cups Frangelico (hazelnut Liqueur)
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • ¾ cups Whipped Cream, For Garnish


In a blender, process ice, coffee, sugar, Bailey’s and Frangelico and ground cinnamon until smooth. Pour mixture into a serving pitcher (or individual mugs).

Stir in cream and garnish.
