Spicy Jalapeno Bloody Maria Mix

Serving with jalapeno-infused tequila is highly recommended!

  • 3 cups Tomato Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Beef Bouillon Granules
  • ⅓ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Celery Salt
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 whole Lime, Zested
  • 3 teaspoons Cholula Hot Sauce
  • ¼ cups Pickled Jalapeno Juice
  • ⅓ cups Pickled Jalapeno Slices
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped White Onion


Combine all ingredients in a large jar (everything except the jalapeno slices and onion). Put the lid on and shake to mix.

Add jalapeno slices and onion into a small food processor. Chop finely, then add 1/2 cup of the tomato juice mixture and mix until a puree is formed. Return mixture back into the jar, put the lid on and shake to mix.

Place in refrigerator overnight prior to serving. Serve over ice with jalapeno-infused tequila.
