Salted Caramel Smoothie

A fantastic smoothie that is good for you too!

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Caramel Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • Whipped Cream And Additional Caramel Sauce, For Topping (optional)


In a small bowl or measuring cup with a pouring spout using a small blender or in a smoothie maker, blend the yogurt, milk (I use almond milk), sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add the caramel sauce and salt, blend again.

Taste, adjust the caramel and salt to your liking, I added another tablespoon of caramel (total of 3 tablespoons).

Pour into your glass, top with whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel sauce and enjoy!
