Raspberry, Vanilla and Lemon Milkshakey Smoothie

A cold, blended, raspberry, vanilla ice cream and lemon smoothie that is so creamy, it’s almost a milkshake. Perfect as an afternoon snack, dessert or even a quick on-the-go breakfast.

  • 1 bag Frozen Raspberries (around 200 Grams)
  • 1 Cup, 2 3/4 Teaspoons Milk
  • Juice Of 1 Lemon (half A Lemon, If You Want It To Pack Less Of A Punch)
  • 2 Giant Scoops Of Vanilla Ice Cream


Dump the raspberries (frozen, as they are), the lemon juice and the milk in your blender and blend until very smooth.

Add the ice cream scoops and blend again. Done!

Tip #1: If you like an even richer taste and even creamier feel, replace the milk with cream.

Tip #2: Of course you can also use fresh raspberries, in which case I’d suggest the addition of a few ice cubes to the recipe.
