My birthday is New Year’s Eve, and invariably someone always brings over a bottle of fruity champagne. Not being a big fan of sweet wines, this is how I fix my problem.
- 5 whole Fresh Raspberries, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Raspberry Liqueur
- Champagne, To Fill The Glass
Lightly muddle two raspberries with the sugar in bottom of champagne flute. Add liqueur and drop in the three remaining berries. Slowly add champagne to fill the flute. Drink. Repeat process until you forget how to make the drink. You should probably stop at that point! No driving, either!
