Power Smoothie

Whether you are feeling under the weather, tired, or you just want a healthy drink, this will brighten your day.



Level: Easy

Serves: 1


  • ½ cups Orange Juice
  • ½ cups Cranberry Juice
  • 1  Banana, Frozen
  • ½ cups Pineapple Chunks, Frozen (See Note)


Add the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy.

Note: If you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen, you may want to add in a handful of ice cubes to your smoothie to make it extra cold.
