This sweet and spicy spin on the traditional margarita can be made with or without the spicy flavor. This lightened version has 25% less calories, half the carbs, and 1/3 of the sugar when compared to the original.
- ¼ whole Habanero Pepper
- 1 ounce, fluid Tequila
- 1 ounce, fluid Orange Liqueur
- 1 ounce, fluid Lime Juice
- 3 ounces, fluid V8 Diet Splash Tropical Blend
To add spiciness, muddle habañero pepper in the bottom of a glass with tequila. Remove pepper skin and seeds by straining muddled mixture into a shaker. Add the rest of ingredients and some ice. Shake and pour into a tall glass.
