This smoothie is packed with summer’s best fruits. It’s perfect for any occasion!
- 1-¾ cup Cold Watermelon Juice (see Note)
- ½ cups Frozen Peaches
- ½ cups Frozen Mango
- 4 Large Strawberries, Washed And Hulled
Add all ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and blend until smooth.
To make the watermelon juice: Blend the flesh of ¼ of a watermelon until it is smooth. This will make more than the 1 3/4 cups you will need for the smoothie, but it can be saved for later. Refrigerate the juice until it is cold.
