Oatmeal Pumpkin Breakfast Smoothie

A creamy, healthy, gluten free smoothie made with oats, pumpkin and yogurt and tastes just like pumpkin pie.

  • ¼ cups Canned Pumpkin (not Pie Filling)
  • ¼ cups Rolled Oats (I Used Gluten Free)
  • ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • ¼ teaspoons Stevia
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • ¾ cups Coconut Milk, Unsweetened From Carton Or Non-fat Milk


Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
