- 1 piece (2-inch Size) Ginger Root, Sliced
- 1 Lemon, Sliced
- 1 Medium-sized Hot Chili Pepper, Sliced
- 2 bags (Single Serving Size) Linden Blossom Tea (or Loose Leaf)
- 4 cups Boiling Water
- 4 teaspoons Honey (if Not Vegan Or Vegetarian)
Put ginger, lemon, chili slices and linden blossom in a teapot. Add boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon honey to each cup if desired. Enjoy!
