Lemon ginger tea (with optional honey) is the perfect tea to soothe sore throats and is easy to make at home even if you don’t have any tea bags in your pantry! All you need is a fresh lemon, and some ginger if you have any on hand!
- 8 ounces, fluid Hot Water
- ½ whole Lemon, Juiced Or Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Honey (also Optional)
- Fresh Ginger, As Desired (optional)
Heat water using a kettle or by adding water to a mug and placing in the microwave.
Squeeze lemon juice into mug and stir. Or you can thinly slice the lemon and add slices to the mug.
Add honey or sweetener of choice, and ginger if using. Stir to combine.
