Kiwi Banana Smoothie

Healthy and deliciously refreshing breakfast or afternoon treat!

Serves: 1


  • 1 whole Banana (small), Peeled And Frozen
  • 1 whole Kiwi Fruit, Slice In Half And Scoop Flesh Out Of The Peel
  • ½ cups Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cups Low Fat Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt


Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until blended. Note that kiwi fruit contains an enzyme that can break down dairy products so this smoothie is best consumed when it’s first made.
