Making oat milk is easy and so much cheaper than store-bought! Naturally gluten-free, vegan and healthy, too!
- 6 cups Hot Water
- 1 cup Rolled, Old Fashioned Oats (GF If Needed)
- 3 Tablespoons Raw, Organic Cane Sugar
- ½ Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on the highest setting for 1 minute. Set aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour to cool.
Once cooled, run it through the blender one more time to mix it. Then pour into a nut milk bag set over a bowl or large measuring cup. Strain until all the milk is out of the bag and the solids are left in the bag.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until cool. Drink up!
