Frozen Fruit Smoothies

Serves: 4


  • 1 whole Orange, Peeled (and Seeds Removed If Necessary)
  • 2 whole Medium Bananas, Peeled
  • 1 whole Small Apple, Cored And Quartered
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ¾ cups Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks


1. Process the orange in the blender until smooth. Add in the rest of the fruit, one at a time, and blend after adding each fruit.

2. Pour into 4 glasses (or 2 large glasses) and enjoy!
