Throw it all in a blender, whizz it up and enjoy! That’s all it takes to make this frozen margarita! The flavour and freshness couldn’t be more satisfying.
- Lime Wedges, For Garnish
- Flaked Salt, For Rimming Glass
- 2 ounces, fluid Tequila
- 1 ounce, fluid Cointreau
- 1 ounce, fluid Lime Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Sugar Syrup
- 7 ounces, weight Ice Blocks
Rub the citrus of the lime wedge around the rim of your glass. Then dip the wet rim of glass into flaked salt. Set aside.
Put tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, sugar syrup and ice blocks in a blender. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes.
Transfer margarita into salt-garnished glass (be careful not to ruin the salt garnish). Finish the drink with a lime wedge and serve.
