Double Chocolate Vanilla Martini

The ultimate chocolate martini.

  • ⅛ cups Chocolate Chips, Melted
  • ⅛ cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
  • Chocolate Syrup, For Drizzling
  • 1-½ ounce, fluid Dark Chocolate Liquor (I Used Godiva)
  • 1-½ ounce, fluid White Chocolate Liquor (I Used Godiva)
  • ½ ounces, fluid Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 ounce, fluid Bailey’s Liqueur
  • 1 ounce, fluid Half-and-half


Put the melted chocolate chips on a small rimmed plate. Put the cookie crumbs on another small plate. Dip the martini glass in the chocolate and then into the cookie crumbs. Drizzle the inside of the glass with chocolate sauce. Set glass aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the dark chocolate liquor, white chocolate liquor, vanilla vodka, Bailey’s liqueur and half-and-half. Put the lid on and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
