Coconut Milk Tea

I created this after tasting a delicious Thai coconut tea at my favorite bubble tea shop. I love the richness of the coconut and the delicate flavor of the jasmine tea. And of course, you can’t go wrong with sweetened condensed milk!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Jasmine Green Tea
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cups Coconut Milk
  • 1-½ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • Ice

Preparation

Heat water for tea until nearly boiling.

Steep jasmine tea bag for three minutes, remove, then place cup of tea in fridge or freezer until cool – about 15 minutes.

In a small pitcher, combine coconut milk, cold tea, and almond milk.

Drizzle in sweetened condensed milk and stir until thoroughly combined.

Taste and adjust as needed. I usually add in a little more sweetened condensed milk.

Serve on the rocks (over ice) and enjoy!

This recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, quadrupled, etc…

This is so refreshing alongside a spicy curry dish!
