Chocolate and Vanilla Eiskaffee

German-style iced coffee served over chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 cup Strong Brewed Coffee
  • 1 whole Scoop Chocolate Ice Cream (standard Ice Cream Scoop Size)
  • 1 whole Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream (standard Ice Cream Scoop Size)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
  • Whipped Topping As Desired For Topping
  • Caramel Sauce, As Desired For Topping


After brewing coffee, pour it into a cup and set the cup inside a bowl filled with ice. Chill for 15 minutes.

Scoop chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream into a tall glass. Pour the cold coffee over the ice cream. Taste for sweetness. Add sugar if needed.

Top with whipped cream. Drizzle caramel topping over the top. Serve.
