A light, sweet, chilled after-dinner drink made with cherry juice, ice cream and champagne.
- 4 ounces, fluid Tart Cherry Juice
- ½ teaspoons Sugar, To Taste
- ½ cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 ounces, weight Champagne
In a measuring cup, add cherry juice and sugar; mix until combined. Give it a taste to see if it is sweet enough for you. If not, add a bit more sugar.
Add half of the ice cream into each of two champagne glasses and evenly divide the cherry juice mixture between both glasses. Top the glasses with champagne.
