Cheesecake made drinkable—’nuff said!
- 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
- 3 Tablespoons Honey Or Simple Syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- ¼ cups Vanilla Soymilk
- 1 Graham Cracker, Crushed, For Topping
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Blueberries, For Garnish
Combine frozen blueberries, honey, cream cheese and milk in a blender; and pulse until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and top with crushed cookies and fresh blueberries.
