A berry smoothie bowl full of powerful ingredients to really give your smoothie a nutritional boost.
- 1-½ cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Organic Pure Cranberry Juice (or Pomegranate Juice)
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Gelatin Powder
- 1 whole Organic Banana
- ½ whole Avocado
- 4 cubes Ice
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. If too thick, add more juice. If too thin, add more ice.
Add your desired toppings! I used strawberries, blackberries, bananas, nuts, coconut shavings, and goji berries.
