Ingredients
- 6 ounces, weight Greek Yogurt (I Used Blueberry)
- 1 Banana, Peeled
- 4 Frozen Strawberries
- ¼ cups Cold Water
- 4 Ice Cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (optional)
Preparation
Put all the ingredients together into a blender in the order that’s listed above. Blend until smooth. Serve!
