Banana Coladas

If you have ripening bananas, let me encourage you to let the banana bread wait for fall and enjoy a banana colada while you still can.

  • 3  Ripe Bananas, Peeled
  • 1  Lime, Juiced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 ounces, fluid Dark Rum
  • 2 ounces, fluid Coconut Rum
  • 1 cup Canned Cream Of Coconut
  • 4 cups Ice


Add bananas and juice of the lime into the blender and puree until smooth. Add the pineapple juice, rums and cream of coconut and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend well.
