I really like this Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie. One of the products I’ve discovered in the last year is PBFit. It’s powdered peanut butter that is 90% less fat than regular peanut butter. You just mix it with water and it’s just like peanut butter. I use it in smoothies, as a dip for my apples, in my morning shake and in baking.
- 1 Large Apple
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter, Such As PBFit
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Oat Bran (optional)
Slice apple into wedges and discard core. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Include oat bran if you want a thicker consistency.
