This green smoothie is great for those new to adding greens to smoothies! Using a frozen banana and a spoonful of almond butter makes the spinach nearly undetectable.

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Loosely Packed Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 Small Frozen Banana, Or Half A Large, Cut Into Chunks
- 1-⅓ cup Almond Milk
- Sweetener Of Choice (I Usually Use A Pinch Of Stevia, But You Could Also Use Regular Sugar, Agave, Or Even Honey)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Note: Whenever I buy bananas, I let a few get extremely ripe and then put them in the freezer. That way, I always have frozen bananas on hand.
